Steve Blacker is an electronic music composer and sound designer based in Halifax, Nova Scotia in Canada. blackermusic was established in 2000, primarily to service the local television industry. Steve has been working in digital audio for about 15 years all told, and has worked on TV documentaries, various children's animated series, many TV and radio commercials and several PSAs for provincial government departments.
